Daniel was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He has a Bachelor’s in psychology from University of Puerto Rico and a Juris Doctor from PUCPR Law School in Puerto Rico. Daniel is admitted to practice by the Missouri Bar.
Daniel’s family left Cuba in the 1960’s and moved to Puerto Rico. He understands the hardships families go through to pursue a dream of freedom in the United States. While in law school, Daniel discovered how complex the immigration processes are and acquired a particular interest for the practice of immigration law.
Daniel was a paralegal with Pozo Goldstein, LLP for the past four years, assisting the attorneys with deportation defense. While working full time, Daniel completed his law degree studies and passed the bar exam. As an attorney, Daniel will continue the excellent customer service he provided to our clients as a paralegal in the past.
