Mexican National Released from Detention Center

A Mexican national was lawfully present in the United States on a Temporary Nonimmigrant Worker visa (H-2A), when he was inexplicably taken into custody by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.  Within 24 hours of being retained by the detainee’s employer, the Miami immigration law firm of Pozo Goldstein was able to meet with him and obtain his release from the detention center.
